Our TransActive initiative is aimed at building a sense of community through fitness, wellness and camaraderie. This is done through participation in events, such as runs, yoga and social activities – such as movie nights.
These events are particularly important for persons of trans experience to create healthy experiences of their bodies and holistically navigate their health and wellness. Additionally, Trans Active events help to mitigate against the sense of social exclusion that is experienced by many persons of trans experience. All are welcome, including allies.
