Lamar is tasked with spearheading our organization’s policy and advocacy initiatives, as well as overseeing projects that seek to promote the rights and visibility of the TGNCNB community in Jamaica. In this capacity, he serves as a liaison between our organization and various stakeholders and decision makers, advocating for meaningful change and addressing issues that impact the human rights and well-being of transgender and gender non-conforming individuals.
