The Outreach and Social Support Department focuses on providing social support to members of the trans community. This support comes through providing care packages for members of the community who are in need, support group sessions and any other activities/projects aimed at supporting the well-being for members of the community. The department also aims to connect persons to resources and/or other social services that the organization may not be equipped to provide. The department currently has two staff members, Shadeana Mascull,  Outreach and Social Support Manager and Anika Walsh Social Support Officer.
