Anphrony Grizzle (they/them) is an experienced HIV-prevention service provider and currently sits as the Community Engagement & Outreach Officer at TransWave Jamaica. Anphrony has been instrumental in the mobilisation of key populations and vulnerable groups for the national HIV programme and has linked several impacted persons to necessary care facilities, including sexual and reproductive health, mental health and PrEP-related services. They have also aided key populations in boosting their own job readiness by assisting with the development of résumés and linkages to educational and training programmes. Anphrony is self-taught in graphic design and uses their spare time to advocate for marginalised groups including the LGBTQ+ community, as well as runs an Instagram page, “Phrorated”, that boosts awareness of and explores various media such as film and music.
