Sheré Samuels is an Associate Applied Psychologist and the Director of Research and Advocacy at TransWave Jamaica. She leads the organization’s research, monitoring and evaluation, and advocacy strategies, using evidence-based approaches to strengthen policy development, community empowerment, and organizational impact. In her role, Sheré conducts research on human rights, workplace inclusion, and health equity, while producing data-driven reports and recommendations that inform national and community-level interventions.

She has extensive experience in quantitative and qualitative research, data analysis, program evaluation, and policy advocacy. Her work combines research, psychosocial support training, and strategic program development to promote inclusive, resilient communities and strengthen organizational capacity.
